Q. If I’m moving from another state and want to purchase a house, do I qualify for a free move?

A. There are a lot of cost variables to consider when moving from another state. However, if you meet the min purchase qualifications listed under "How It Works". Send us an email or give us a call to discuss.

Q. What if I do not want the gift cards you are offering, can I choose a different one?

A. Yes! Only if the gift card of your choice has no cash value.

Q. What if my company is relocating me, do I still qualify for a free move?

A. Absolutely! If you meet the qualifications.

Q. What if I already found my dream home, do I still qualify for a free move?

A. Yes, only if you meet all the home conditions.

Q. If I have used Move for Free Nashville in the past, can I use you again?

A. Certainly! If you continue to meet the qualifications.

Q. Can I exchange my free move or gift card for cash?

A. Unfortunately, Tennessee Real Estate Laws prohibit cash gifts. Therefore, we are unable to exchange your free move or gift card for cash.

Q. Can I exchange my free move to a gift card?

A. Certainly! If you lease an apartment you can exchange your free move for a $200 gift card. If you purchase a home you can exchange your free move for a $500 gift card.

Q. What if the apartment I want to move in is not one of your preferred partners?

A. If they agree to become a preferred partner and you meet the conditions, we will be happy to add them.

Q. If I receive a free move or free gift card, will that negate any other offers?

Absolutely Not! Any offers made by the apartments or sellers broker does NOT affect your free move or free gift card
